  1. Hello my dear friend,

    Very beautiful!
I've only visited Luxembourg once, but I remember it as very beautiful.
I love the architecture of the old tower.

    Best regards
    Asta

  2. Luxembourg looks very interesting en more modern than I was there. Did you notice that they have the same flag as we have? Only the blue is lighter than ours.
    Thanks for your visit!

  3. I am very happy to see all these beautiful photos that you take. Luxembourg has always sounded so romantic but I have never been there and didn't really know much about it before I found your blog. It was a very happy day when I did 🙂 Have a wonderful weekend my dear friends, and thank you so much for visiting me.

  4. This is such a pretty city. I love the building in the top picture. It's very unique! I usually have a penchant for old over new, but it's very nice-looking architecture in the bottom picture.

  5. Good Morning! I am waking up with a cup of coffee and paying your blog a visit. I need to go soon but I'd rather paint all day but I have to go to the office 😦

    Have a nice day Leia!

  6. dear Leia – another interesting discovery. Is it a hexagonal building? I really like the rod-iron walking bridge too. Nicely framed photo.
PS – I deleted my 1st Veterans Day post along with the comments, so excuse me for not answering your question. Please ask me again – I think it was about Interlaken.

  7. Old Town doesn't look that old. Are some of these buildings of recent vintage? The area looks so nice and clean and warm.

I wonder what attractions there are in Old Town for an old person like me?

  8. That's a most unusual conical roof — it looks like it has several levels of rooms inside it. The elevated walkway (?) looks so delicate and pretty.
