  3. Thank you so much for this post. I've never been to Berlin but have read so much about the city and your photos really bring the place to life.

The photos are composed so well, too! A pleasure to look at. I especially liked the Brandenburg Gate, and the last sculpture, which I assume has something to do with the Holocaust?

Hope your day is proceeding well!

  7. Great new banner, I like each one of these pictures of Berlin, my favorite the one with the Reichstag with the glass dome by Norman Foster!

  8. interesting city to see. I've never been there so this is a treat. We went to Vienna just after Christmas when we lived in CH…it was too big and grey and cold to see in the winter. But Salzburg was wonderful at Christmas (I think I'm repeating myself…)
Your new banner is perfect! Merveilleaux.

  12. Der Telespargel! Oh my, I have fallen in love with that tower!
The last one is the Rote Rathaus, right? Isn't there a nice communist statue nearby? 😉

  13. Fantastic images of a magnificent city! I love the old building with what looks like a more modern dome, and the arch with what looks like a Roman chariot.
