  1. Strasbourg est une ville que j'aime beaucoup , surtout en décembre, quand il y a le fabuleux marché de Noël.La dernière fois que j'y suis allée, j'avais un hotel juste en face de cette gare!
    Bonne journée, chère Leia!

  3. What an exotic and beautiful place!

The first photo is some kind of train station? And the second looks like a bunch of apartments over a river and the third is simply a lovely scenic.

All the reflections are superb. But I especially like the third with the beautiful flowers!

  6. Huh, my hometown! I see that you found the old Vauvan fortifications, on the second picture!
You know that the actual train station, inside the glass bubble, was once one of Napoleon's palaces, and it is quite a wonderful building. I worked in the station once, in the early 80es.
And I lived for a while in the yellow house almost in the middle of the 3rd picture!!! You found all my old haunts!

  9. «Louis» would have loved to have visited Strassbourg when he lived in France. He particularly would have liked to have visited the cathedral.

  10. Beautiful reflections ! didn't know that the Strassbourg station is such a glass box !
Waterloo is packed with tourists and soldiers from all countries in their historical costumes, it's the reconstitution of the battle !

  11. Thank you, Leia, for all your kind comments. I think I did beat my “adversaries” on the golf course today! We have a lot of fun, though, even if it was hot and humid.

Hope you and your loved ones are having a wonderful weekend!

  12. I always say that I want to go to Strassbourg but I never end up going. Someday for sure! Great shots!

I'm so sorry that I'm late with my comments. I'm still having problems with my back and it's very hard to sit at the computer.
