  1. Merci beaucoup! I love when you take trips to other countries and bring back so many beautiful photos! What a cool little town this is. I'd love to live on the edge of the Black Forest. Although I understand the wild boars are radioactive…that's not good!

Those timbered buildings are very attractive, too.

  4. I meant to ask if you've ever heard of the country song called “Luckenbach, Texas”? Luckenbach is a German town in west central Texas. Gengenbach, Germany made me think of that.

    Kinda silly, I know.

  5. What? No camera yet. That's hard to believe. I guess I shall have to have a serious talk with Cezar! Today is not too early for a Christmas present. Today is the day. The camera is waiting. Tell him Jacob said he needs to get on the ball and take care of his spouse! 😉

  7. We have now trodden in the same footsteps my friends. I know Gengenbach well from my visits to my sister and her family who still live not too many miles away from there. How exciting to see familiar landmarks again.

  9. These are so beautiful. In the one it looks as though the house has been split and moved apart. Beautiful flowers – as always!
