  2. Let's see, now: the word villain refers to bad guys…and this is a chateau of the villains. Hmmm…what were you doing there?

Oops, I think I made a mistook. It's Villandry not villaindry. Sorry about that! Heh, heh.

'Tis indeed a gorgeous place and these are gorgeous photos and you are lucky to be able to visit such a place. I wonder if people have to go to college to learn how to keep bushes so neatly trimmed?

This is a huge chateau and grounds. Can't imagine what it would take in terms of time, money and labor to keep it up. I'll bet they charge people to go through it, right?

So, Cezar, how are things going relative to your educational efforts?

Do not, I repeat, do not study too much this weekend. Relax and enjoy. Pretty soon you'll be my age!

  5. I'm sure I've said it before, but Luxembourg is so ideally located for visiting the rest of Europe, and you two take full advantage of that fact.
I agree with VP, this is indeed a perfect chateau.
    Fabulous photos, my friends.

  6. The manicured gardens are just amazing, I marvel at how people can shape living like this. Very fitting for this castle.

  7. The first photo looked so stark and nothing like what I'm used to seeing. But then! Wow, you showed the entire area and it's beautiful. So lush and green. I can see where having a chateau like this employs lots of people. Gorgeous.
