While it’s not raining…

We can walk a little bit in the city centre in Luxembourg
 before the rain starts again.

  1. It is such a lovely city and you've captured it well. Reminds me a bit of Paris. Actually, a cloudy day can offer much better photography as without the sun you don't have such strong contrast between dark and light and all those shadows.

    It does look peaceful!

  2. Hi Cezar – re your comment on Cedar Key: I was wondering which of those things most interested you? Surely not the “Food, Fun, Babes & Beer”? Heh, heh!

  3. What a beautifully clean city center. I'm glad you're getting some time without rain to get out and enjoy. Do you grow all these gorgeous roses that you show in your header? Wonderful!

  4. I recognize, I recognize, althought it's a loooong time ago I have been there !
We sit in the rain too, after almost two weeks of sunshine in England, it's real strange. People who see me think that I came back from a Southern country and not from the English coast, lol !
    In Oxford I even had 28° !!

  5. I agree with EG — even in the rain, Luxembourg does indeed look terrific! Marvelous captures as always, Leia! Those skies look just like ours here in Seattle — although we have had some sun lately! Hope you and Cezar are enjoying your weekend!!

  6. It looks very pleasant, even on a gray day. I love the gate in the first photo and the carved balcony in the fourth photo. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

  7. So beautiful. I wish we had been there long enough to take more photos. We just got a few around the train station, but at least we can enjoy yours! Thanks!
