The Wine Museum in Ehnen – Luxembourg


The Wine Museum is located in a former vintner’s house in the
 picturesque village of Ehnen on the banks of the river Moselle. 
The museum was opened in 1978 and belongs 
to the Luxembourg state.

The museum is open from April to October every day
 except Mondays from 9.30 to 11.30 am and from 2 to 5 pm.

  1. This must have been a very interesting place to visit. That old wine press (at least I think that's what it is) looks huge. And I'd guess it wasn't easy pressing grapes in the “good old days”!

  4. Oh my goodness, that first wine press looks like a monster from an animated movie. The second looks more manageable but was probably just as much work.
