  1. My goodness, there are lots of ornate carvings in this church … I like the way the halos stick out like quills on a porcupine.

    Did you ever wonder how many “saints” are in the Catholic list of same?

    I love that first shot…those houses on the hills in the background are exactly how I'd pictured houses in Switzerland would look.

  7. Oh, it's so beautiful. We saw very little of Zermatt because we were there changing trains, just as we were in Luxembourg. We missed a lot.
