  2. My! Isn't THAT building unusual! I am a bit surprised that the architect got an owner to fund the translation from idea to structure.

  5. A very cool city. Superb photos, too! The bridge in the last pic reminds me a bit of Paris.

But the crooked building … that was one drunk architect! I wouldn't to wake up in the morning in that building after partying the night before! Wow!

As you know, though, partying is not my problem. My idea of a good time is a 1/2 glass of wine and a good book and bed by 10!

  6. Old and new mixed. Rotterdam has to to be a lovely city.
I like those yellow “houses” on the top of buildnings. They are funny.
    Greetings.

  7. The architecture in the first two shots is so interesting looking. I like the contrast in the old bridge and modern buildings in the last shot.

  8. At first, I thought it was Amsterdam ! because where my son lives it looks exactly the same, I think all these architects had one glass too much when they made these plans !

  9. I don't like those yellow buildings much. I wonder if they were done by the same architect who did the ROM in Toronto, it looks similar.
    Love that bridge though! 🙂
