The Vasa Museum, Stockholm

Bonjour beautiful people! .

Stockholm is the capital and largest city in Sweden. The city is adorable, famous for its beauty and the amazing archipelago. I have many beautiful images of the city to share with you and today I would like to present my pictures and impressions of this awesome place The Vasa Museum in Stockholm.

The Vasa Museum is the only preserved seventeenth-century ship in the world and a unique art treasure. Do you remember that feeling when you say… WoW ? That is Vasa!  I was so impressed by the huge ship! More than 95 percent of the ship is original and it is decorated with hundreds of carved sculptures. Amazing details and there’s lots of space to move around the ship. It is a fascinating museum!

Love and lights,

Léia

  1. I really enjoyed this post, Leia. Most of my grandparents came from Sweden and not too far from Stockholm, but I’ve never been there. That is some museum. I didn’t realize the ship was the museum at first. Your photos, as usual, are superb. You’ve had some great experiences lately! Hope that all is well. Please give Cezar and Marina a hug from us!
