Elora Gorge Conservation Area, Ontario

Bonjour beautiful people! Elora Gorge is famous for its cliffs descending into the Grand and Irvine Rivers. If you are an adventure lover, this would be your perfect place mainly during Summer. The park offers canoeing, paddle boat rentals, hiking, camp-grounds, fishing and picnicking. Some of the limestone cliffs are 24 meters high. We visited there in a very cold windy day. It was so cold that I confess I had some difficult to breath! However the views are breathtaking indeed! 🙂

One of Elora’s many tourist attractions, the gorge also has the architecturally significant David St. Bridge.
